Other than that, the facility is fine but no restrooms or showers. There is a laundry room. The lots are clean and some are shaded, most aren’t. I was there six months and all was well until I made one simple complaint and I was respectful and simply asked for a correction. The owner freaked and ordered me to leave within 24 hours. I had to pack up in 8 inches of snow. Our GPS could not get us there.

I thought I had found the jackpot of all campgrounds! As you arrive at the park, you notice it’s pretty full, awesome I’m assuming it’s full because it’s a great park! The park doesn’t look anything like the website but hey things change and so does mother nature, no big deal. There are some 50amp sites opened but NON of them with sewer hookup.
The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffeepot and cable television. We also provide dishes, cups and utensils for six people. These units are heated and air-conditioned.

The park is popular for primitive camping no showers, electricity, or stall bathrooms but offers extensive activities for visitors, including guided kayak trips, biking trails, and six miles of untouched beachfront for swimming and sunbathing.
Reachable only by foot, bicycle, or boat, the campgrounds have no public vehicular access. Camping reservations cannot be made on the same day, so make sure you call ahead of time. Campers should read all the details about the sites before arriving, as the area can be difficult for beginners and unprepared campers. There are primitive campsites located all along the trail for escalating levels of experience. If you are looking a little more comfort, the Cliffview and Millrace sites have fire pits, lantern posts, and picnic tables.
You can even rent canoes and bikes if you do not have your own equipment. The Double Shoals and Baker Island sites are for the truly rugged camper. These sites may not have any frills, but they allow the serious campers to focus on the surrounding natural landscape.
